Remote Access To Freeborn Network

If you already access Citrix from OUTSIDE the office (at Home) using DUO and have successfully connected to our network recently, you can ignore this email.  Otherwise, please try connecting again or follow the below instructions for first time access.

Please do this today if you can.  It is important that you have the ability to work remotely if required.

Follow these instructions in order to set up remote access to our network:

  1. Use the attached instructions (1 for Apple, 1 for Android) to set up email on your mobile phone (Freeborn Email on iPhone.pdf or Freeborn Email on Android.pdf)
  2. Download the DUO Security application (free) to your mobile device.

  3. You will receive an email from our DUO platform that you will use in step 4 (see below for sample email).
  4. Use the attached instructions to set up DUO on your phone - click on the link in the email from your phone (DUO Install and Best Practice.pdf)
  5. Use the attached instructions to test logging into Citrix in the office (Testing Citrix in the Office.pdf)
  6. Download Citrix Workspace at home on your computer and test logging in again (Citrix Install and Best Practice.pdf)
